Allison Beldick

Vice President of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development, Allison works closely with Developers through the product development phase to ensure that developments are properly positioned in the marketplace. Allison is key in helping with the architectural program development, product critiques, detailed product specification, initial pricing, and competitive analysis. Allison’s expertise in and knowledge of the marketplace ensures that our developments will open with competitive finishes and attractive pricing.

Allison Beldick began her career as a marketing director with an Atlanta based real estate developer, where she honed her skills in marketing. She was responsible for the managing and marketing of multiple residential properties with a gross value in excess of $170 million. In 2002, Allison joined Coldwell Banker The Condo Store as a Marketing Manager. Allison was promoted a short time after to become the Director of Business Development where she was responsible for researching and analyzing the competition, tracking marketing trends, developing and monitoring market statistics, and creating quarterly market studies. In addition, she was also involved in the preparation of new property proposals, unit pricing, and architectural review.
