Andrew Gerringer
Managing Director New Business Development
Andrew is the newest addition to the Marketing Directors, joining the company in April of 2010. Prior to his arrival, and for the past 19 years Mr. Gerringer was the Managing Director and founder of the Development Marketing Group at Douglas Elliman -the largest residential brokerage company in the New York Metropolitan Area. In this role, Andrew oversaw and was responsible for a team of highly experienced professionals that are actively involved in the initial planning of each development that is marketed by the group. These consulting and planning activities include extensive floor plan reviews, recommendations for both building and apartment amenities and finishes, unit mix, research and the design of the common areas. His group has successfully consulted and marketed over 250 new development projects, totaling over $10 billion in market value. Prior to this role, Andrew worked as a Regional Director of Sales for The Marketing Directors, a leading New York based new development sales and marketing company, which he joined in 1982.
In addition to Mr. Gerringer’s work with developers, he provides consulting services for private equity firms, hedge funds, banks and other financial institutions that have ownership stakes in condominium projects throughout the New York Area. Mr. Gerringer has also served as an expert witness to provide his professional opinion on the value of residential property.
