Betty Harbourt

Betty has successfully implemented comprehensive marketing programs for hundreds of developments. Since 1995, she has been a key team member in the growth and success of hundreds of new communities and has worked closely with numerous developers in identifying and positioning their product in the marketplace. Under Betty's direction, the Marketing Directors keenly align each developer with strategy that balances advertising agencies, public relations firms, specialized design firms and numerous service providers to deliver necessary programs and tools for each condominium project. She is engaged with all aspects of the business and is instrumental in leading every project to meet its objective.

Before joining The Marketing Directors, Betty was a senior executive at Coldwell Banker The Condo Store. Prior to that, Betty enjoyed an extensive career in marketing as senior manager of Corporate Meeting Services for MCI Telecommunications and Sprint. Her experience with print production and design coordination, coupled with her ability to manage teams through months of logistical and content planning, has positioned her in her role at The Marketing Directors. It is this wide range of experience that helps Betty guide the marketing department with such flair and expertise.
