Billy Holcombe

Director of Marketing

Billy Holcombe has developed and executed marketing strategies for several condominium, townhome, and loft projects throughout the Southeast. Prior to joining The Marketing Directors, Billy was a Marketing Director for Coldwell Banker The Condo Store working in Orlando and Atlanta. He began his real estate marketing career with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage overseeing the print advertising for over 25 branch offices in Atlanta.

As Director of Marketing, Billy is responsible for account management, advertising, collateral development, public relations and budget management. His expertise is critical in creating customized marketing solutions for each project that he represents.
