 Head of Elliman’s Development Marketing Group Returns to Firm After 19 Years

 NEW YORK, NY – The Marketing Directors, Inc. announced today that Andrew Gerringer is rejoining the firm after a 19-year stint at Prudential Douglas Elliman where he is currently the Managing Director and head of the Development Marketing Group.

Mr. Gerringer left Prudential Douglas Elliman on Monday for The Marketing Directors, the leading New York-based new development sales, leasing and marketing company, where he’ll be focusing on new business development, reports Founder and CEO Adrienne Albert and President, Jacqueline Urgo.

            “We’re delighted to welcome Andrew back,” said Ms. Albert.  “Following his tenure with us as a Regional Director of Sales in the 1980’s, Andrew went on to become one of the top producers and most accomplished professionals in the industry.  His resume speaks for itself, and we’re thrilled to have him back on our team.”

            Mr. Gerringer founded Prudential Douglas Elliman’s Development Marketing Group in 1992 and went on to oversee a team of highly experienced professionals that has successfully consulted and marketed over 250 new development projects, totaling approximately $10 billion in market value.  In addition to Mr. Gerringer’s work with developers, he has provided consulting services for private equity firms, hedge funds, banks and other financial institutions that have ownership stakes in condominium projects throughout the New York Area.  Mr. Gerringer has also served as an expert witness to provide his professional opinion on the value of residential property.
