New Assignments Include Condos in FIDI, Rentals in Park Slope and Condos on SI Waterfront

With a 30-year track record of success and such current notable sales achievements as The Sheffield and Linden 78 on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, The Marketing Directors, Inc. has been brought on to oversee the marketing, sales and leasing of four new residential buildings throughout New York City.

The new assignments include 67 Liberty Street, 14 full-floor homes designed by Jack Levy Design in Manhattan’s Financial District; Arias, a new 12-story, 95-home rental building in Brooklyn’s Park Slope; and 130 Bay Street Landing and 155 Bay Street, two new condominium buildings offering a total of 158 residences overlooking Staten Island’s St. George waterfront.
