83 leases in 60 Days at 50 Columbus

The numbers are in and with over 80 leases in January and February alone, 50 Columbus is well positioned for a fantastic 2010.  The New York Times celebtrated our leasing success with us and featured 50 Columbus an article entitled "A Warm Winter for Rentals" which ran on March 14, 2010.  "At 50 Columbus, a tower in Jersey City that opened in 2007, 'the numbers are really pretty amazing.' said Jackie Urgo, the president of the Marketing Directors, a Manhattan company that oversees leasing there.  She said 35 apartments had been leased in January and 48 in February, even though it was the snowiest month in state history, according to those who keep such figures."

Grove Point, another Marketing Directors community, was also recognized for their success in leasing 15 apartments in January and 24 in February!
