Jackie Williams

Vice President of Business Development

Jackie Williams began her real estate career in Commercial Real Estate in the acquisition and sales of apartment complexes and office buildings throughout the state of Florida. She then transitioned to work for a large retail developer of “build to suit” projects throughout the state of Florida responsible for site selection.

Prior to joining The Marketing Directors, Jackie worked for a major marketing and sales company as a member of the Business Development Team interfacing with new developers, researching and analyzing the competition, tracking marketing trends, developing and monitoring market statistics, and creating quarterly market studies. She was also involved in unit pricing, initial project audits, the preparation of new property proposals, contract preparation, architectural review, including floor plans and finishes relative to market demands in Tampa Bay and surrounding markets.

Jackie holds a degree in Social Work, is a registered nurse and holds an active real estate license in the state of Florida.
