Project Manager

Lauren Salmanson Levin joined The Marketing Directors in 2006 as a Project Coordinator and within two years was promoted to Project Manager. In this position, Lauren is responsible for working closely with developers to properly position their developments in the market by preparing comprehensive marketing plans, floor plan & pricing analysis, product critiques, budgets, and amenity planning. During the sales process Lauren helps execute all advertising and public relations programs. Currently, Lauren is responsible for such distinguished developments as The Visionaire, 254 Park Avenue South, 34 Leonard, Avonova, and Adams Square as well as many others that are slated to begin their sale programs shortly. Prior to joining Marketing Directors Lauren worked as a Research Analyst at Grubb & Ellis.
