The consummate real estate professional, Martin Brady has been associated with The Marketing Directors, Inc. for over 20 years. During his tenure with The Marketing Directors, Mr. Brady has been responsible for hiring, training and management of on-site sales and support staff, has been instrumental in securing financial commitments for product sales, and has negotiated agreements of sales with purchasers, builders and attorneys.

He has been personally responsible for over a billion dollars in new home sales. Mr. Brady has served as an on-site sales director for many projects in and around the New York metropolitan area, as well as VP of Sales for Baker Realty, Toronto.
