Monica Klingenberg has been with The Marketing Directors, Inc. since the firm’s inception in 1980. During her tenure, she has been responsible for major multi-million dollar projects such as Manhattan Place, The Promenade, and The Merchandise Building in Toronto, all of which won Best Marketed Project of the Year. Recent projects include Morton Square, Cielo, Soho 25 and Atelier. In Boston, she was responsible for the success of The Heritage on the Garden, Atelier 505, and The Residences at The Colonnade for The Druker Company.
