A real estate industry veteran, Rainey brings nearly 25 years of expertise to the team at The Marketing Directors. His experience includes a diverse history of multi-family sales, marketing and appraisal.
As Director of Marketing, Bartow's main function in this position is marketing program development and management. Responsibilities include coordination of advertising, public relations and media, as well as, overall strategy and marketing budget implementation and coordination of the on-site teams and operations.
Before being named Director of Marketing, he was an on-site sales representative for The Marketing Directors at several new condominium sites in the metropolitan Atlanta area including Paces 325, a Buckhead property for which he was instrumental in its sell out. Prior to joining The Marketing Directors, he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Wood Partners, a national, multi-family real estate developer; As Vice President of Onsite Sales for Lifestyles Realtors in Jacksonville, FL, he managed all sales and marketing efforts for many condominium developments in Jacksonville and other North Florida areas. Rainey began his career as a commercial real estate appraiser for Cushman and Wakefield of Georgia.
