Sam Morgan, Alabama native, began his real estate career at age 23 in Atlanta, Georgia. Building strong relationships, focusing on client needs and a dedicated work ethic produced 52 sales in his first year, earning him The Dekalb Board of Realtors "Rookie of the Year" Award. Focusing on urban centers and historic neighborhoods provided opportunities not only in Atlanta but Jacksonville, FL, where he built his career from Sales Agent to Director of Sales. He is experienced at executing sales programs in single family and multi-family communities that include Urban Infill, Workforce and Luxury housing. Sam served his country as a United States Marine and believes in remaining active in civic organizations.
