Twenty five years ago, David Tufts made a decision that would lead him to become one of the most recognized leaders in the real estate industry. On one hand, he could attend architecture school, a choice that would undoubtedly nurture and develop his creative talents, or he could pursue a career in real estate that would allow him to develop his entrepreneurial nature. He chose the latter. His choice would take him to New York City, where he entered Real Estate Sales and eventually was named Vice President of The Marketing Directors, Inc. It was during his tenure there that David directed more than $1 billion in sales and successfully learned many aspects of high density sales and marketing. His experience at The Marketing Directors also led him to help develop the in house training programs which formed the foundation for unique sales solutions.

In 1993, David left the Marketing Directors and founded The Condo Store. In 1999 after sales of nearly $900,000,000 The Condo Store merged with Coldwell Banker. After the merger, David led Coldwell Banker The Condo Store’s growth throughout the Southeast and over $3 billion in sales in 2005 and 2006 respectively.

January 2, 2007 David rejoined The Marketing Directors, LLC opening its Southeast Division as its President.

David’s depth of experience in real estate has allowed him to successfully carve an unparalleled niche in today’s National marketplace. He has been involved with the sales and marketing of over 100 new construction hi-rise developments and 300 conversion communities. David brings a unique sense of style, business savvy and real estate experience to his clients. He has been instrumental in driving real estate sales in excess of $3 billion over each of the last 2 years and building a reputation as the national expert in the sales and marketing of condominiums, highrises, lofts and townhomes.
