Shahn Douglas

Senior Vice President, Marketing

With more than 13 years experience in marketing, Shahn has worked on such national brands as Coca Cola, UPS, Arby’s, Yahoo and Cingular. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker The Condo Store where her marketing expertise served as a catalyst for the expansion throughout Florida. During her tenure as Vice President of Marketing, Shahn led a team of five marketing directors, while successfully marketing over 100 multi-family residential communities throughout Florida.

Shahn is again poised to lead the marketing development in Florida and throughout the Southeast for The Marketing Directors. She is keenly positioned to advise and help guide developers with their marketing strategies, budgets, media schedules, sales center design, model merchandising, public relations and advertising. Her knowledge and understanding of multiple markets provides each community the specialized direction of marketing strategies essential to sales success.
