Uri Vaknin

Prior to working in real estate, Uri Vaknin co-founded Vaknin Schwartz, a fine art gallery in Atlanta which had been featured in Vanity Fair, Wall Street Journal, Vogue Homme International. Vaknin's client list included a wide range of clients from celebrities to major corporations and international art museums.

Although he has traveled the world, speaks fluent German and lived in Europe, Vaknin was raised in Atlanta and in 2001 shifted focus from the art world to real estate. Vaknin has extensive knowledge of Atlanta's history and neighborhoods and remains well-connected and extremely involved in the community.

Prior to joining The Marketing Directors, Uri's accomplishments at Coldwell Banker The Condo Store included quickly becoming one of the top agents for the company and a member of the top 10 category for Atlanta Board of Realtors. Vaknin was able to incorporate his love for art and his love for Atlanta by founding The Art of Real Estate team in 2003. In 2006, Vaknin closed over $86 million in real estate making him one of the top producers in Atlanta.

As Vice President of Business Development, Uri is a leading expert on mixed-use developments and currently involved with numerous premiere developers on ground-breaking mixed-use developments in Atlanta and throughout the Southeast.
