Jackie oversees the activities of more than 50 employees and under her leadership over the past decade; The Marketing Directors have maintained their reputation as one of the preeminent on-site residential marketing, leasing and sales firms in the Northeast.

Jackie has introduced an awe-inspiring portfolio of residential properties to the market, working with many of the tri-states’ leading residential developers including Fisher Brothers, Kushner Companies, China Overseas America, Vornado, Ironstate Development, China Construction America, KRE Group, Time Equities Inc. and The Chetrit Group.

Martin Brady is a highly skilled professional who implements all aspects of the sales and management process, in addition to leading client relations for The Marketing Directors. During his 25-year tenure with the company, Martin has been responsible for hiring, training, and managing dozens of on-site sales and marketing teams.

Martin has a proven track record of success in both marketing and sales of luxury residential real estate, particularly in the highly competitive Northeastern marketplace, amassing more than $3 billion in new home sales. Martin formerly served as Vice President and Director of Sales for the Toronto-based Baker Real Estate Corporation.

Angela Ferrara is a highly accomplished real estate sales and marketing professional with over 18 years of experience. Spearheading recruitment, hiring, managing, and sales team training for The Marketing Directors, Angela has been awarded multiple times by industry trade associations for creating some of the strongest sales teams in the nation.

Prior to joining The Marketing Directors, Angela was the Vice President of Sales for a regional homebuilder and prior to that as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for a National real estate company concentrated on marketing and repositioning multifamily residential communities.

Andrew Gerringer has successfully consulted and marketed on over 250 new development projects, totaling in excess of $10 billion in market value. Formerly the Managing Director and founder of the Development Marketing Group at Douglas Elliman, Andrew is widely known for his wealth of experience and influential contacts.

In addition to Andrew’s current work with developers, he also provides consulting services for private equity firms, hedge funds, banks and other financial institutions that have ownership stakes in condominium projects throughout the New York metropolitan Area.

Andrew originally joined The Marketing Directors in 1982 as a Regional Director of Sales.

ABOUT

Denham Apperley is a Senior Account Executive. Having begun his career at The Marketing Directors directly after grad school, he has a depth of experience working on a wide range of both condo and rental properties across New York City, Long Island, Boston, Jersey City and Miami. He is responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing programs to support all new ground up residential developments, from concept to delivery, and is highly skilled in floor plan and product design development.  

 

Denham received his MS Degree in Real Estate Development from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate and his undergraduate degree in Business Science specializing in economics with law from the University of Cape Town in South Africa. Denham resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
