The luxe building will offer three roof decks with captivating views of the city and Hudson River
As the 500-foot-tower at 42 Trinity Place gets ready for its forthcoming transformation into a mixed-use building to be known as 77 Greenwich Street, more details are slowly leaking out on what this project will bring. It’s already been revealed that the tower will offer just 90 luxury condos, and now, renderings offering a sneak peek of one of the projected building amenities have arrived.
The FXFOWLE-designed tower is replacing the former "comically depressing" Syms store and will feature a mix of one- through four-bedrooms with interiors created by Deborah Berke Partners. The luxe apartments will have high ceilings, custom kitchens, fabulous views, and the works, and the building will offer fancy amenities of its own. Among them are a fitness center, dog spa, private fitness studios, a catering kitchen, recreational room, and what appears to be an enormous roof deck, judging from a new rendering.

If this is anything to go by, this space will offer truly stunning views of the Hudson along with grills, landscaped greenery, public seating, and a walkway. There will also be three roof decks, and as of right now, there no word if each will sport its own distinct style or if all three will coordinate.
The project is anticipating a completion date sometime in 2019, and will be marketed by The Marketing Directors.
