By tagging such content with #TheMarketingDirectors or other TMD brand hashtags, You grant The Marketing Directors and its partners a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and display such content for marketing and promotional purposes across all media.

You represent that:

  1. You own or have rights to the content;

  2. All individuals depicted have consented;

  3. You are not a minor;

  4. Use of your submission will not violate any law or third-party rights.

You release The Marketing Directors from all claims related to such use.


JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

This Web Site is controlled and operated by The Marketing Directors from the United States. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State designated by The Marketing Directors, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any permitted legal action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located within that jurisdiction.


AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES

All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Web Site shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except for claims involving intellectual property enforcement.
