New residential development has proliferated through Westchester in recent years, including a limited number of condominiums primarily located in southern Westchester. As New York begins to reopen amidst an uptick in contract activity and historically low interest rates, we anticipate increased buyer demand that will begin to resemble the more optimistic pre-covid real estate climate.
