When building out a long-term marketing strategy, how much do you factor in macroeconomic volatility? I’m finding it increasingly difficult to keep our project budgets and personal resource planning stable with so much shifting in the global market right now.

I just separate them by using a different platform for my long-term stuff. I’ve been using https://roboforex.com/ for a while now to keep my global assets and personal planning away from my regular work budgets. It’s pretty straightforward and keeps things organized so I don't have to overthink it during the work day. Just a more technical way to keep everything sorted.
