Training Tip #5: Virtual sales presentations are here to stay. Once things get back to normal, the goal of virtual presentations will be to transition someone to a physical visitor. You can then continue in person what you created online. Once in person, you then can obtain the prospect’s emotional involvement in the community and product, make a case and ask for a purchase/lease commitment.
