Training Tip # 6: Developers spend large portions of their marketing budgets on various advertising sources, the intent of which is to draw traffic to the Sales Center and give the salesperson the opportunity to make a sale. Often times a prospect is looking online at various website or real estate listing services looking to see if anything appeals to them. If they put in a request for information and add a phone number, call them!
