While prospects go through the stages of searching for a new apartment: not happy in their current home, recognition of their needs, start to explore housing options and how to avoid risk; they don’t necessarily have a formal process. That’s why prospects need you to help them figure out what they need, where to look, and what the process is to lease or own a new home. For those prospects that do have a process, we have found that without our help, it mostly leads to a slow process or no decision at all. So taking a consultative approach with your prospects can lead to more sales or leases- remember – they need you!
