Training Tip #7: We want to entice a prospect to come into the Sales Center and see what we have to offer. As the seller’s agent, we have an obligation to make sure we bring in every possible prospect who inquires from a print ad, signage, on-line ad or any other source. We should use the telephone to make a personal connection to help prospects understand the importance of coming in and taking a look. A high telephone/appointment conversion rate will gain the salesperson more prospects and we all know that more prospects lead to greater sales.
